Sophia Smith -

As a seasoned fitness coach at Precision Fit Labs, my passion for guiding and motivating others stems from my own journey of personal growth in the gym. With a strong foundation in soccer, basketball, and track during my youth, I developed a love for movement early on. However, it wasn’t until after high school that I truly discovered the transformative power of weight lifting.

As I delved deeper into weight training, I realized the crucial role that nutrition plays in achieving both physical and mental wellness. This ignited my desire to learn more about how the two are interconnected, ultimately leading me to pursue a career as a registered dietitian nutritionist.

Now, I’m committed to helping others experience the same strength, vitality, and fulfillment that I have found through fitness and nutrition. Whether you're just starting or looking to take your workouts to the next level, I’m here to support you in making exercise a key part of your life and a path to improved well-being."

Shalom is a certified personal trainer from the American Council on Exercise (ACE).

His aim is to help others become their most fit and strong self, and understands the desire to make a healthy change in one’s life.

He grew up a skinny kid in Salt Lake City, Utah but made the decision to start lifting 10 years ago.

The journey of making gains was not easy, but it was worth it.

Shalom hopes to instill that same outlook towards fitness in everyone he serves.

Along the way, his love of learning about the body led him to graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Medical Sciences from Dominican University in Illinois.

He also holds a bachelor’s degree in Writing and Rhetoric Studies from The University of Utah.

When he’s not training at Fit Labs, Shalom likes to work on his blog, play piano, and hangout with his wife.
